I don’t like the product I bought. Can I return it?
As we are liquidating our inventory, all sales are final.

When can I expect my order?
Orders can take up to 48 hours to process minus the shipping time to your location. Please note we reserve the right to not process or ship orders on the weekends and major holidays.

Where do you ship and do you offer free shipping?
We ship to to the 48 continental US states. Higher charges apply to Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Free shipping applies to orders of $75 or more.

What is the difference between natural and organic products?
Natural ingredients must come from a renewable/plentiful resource found in nature, with no petroleum compounds. This includes ingredients found in fauna, flora, and minerals – otherwise known as animal, plant, or mineral. This natural definition is found here on the Natural Products Association website. Organic ingredients are grown without toxins, pesticides, or herbicides, per the USDA Organic Standard. More information about organic brand certification is found here at OASIS.

Are these products better for me than conventional products?
Although conventional products may contain lead, Dibutyl phthalate (DBP), petroleum, and other toxins – which some may not prefer – and as the natural and organic category becomes more of a lifestyle choice than a trend, we prefer to let you decide if these products are better for you based on your personal tastes, preferences, product sensitivity, etc.

My product was damaged during shipping. Can I return it?
Yes and we will replace it free of charge.

I think I am having an allergic reaction from one of your products. What should I do and can I return it?
Stop using the product, consult your physician, and return the product for credit.

I received my product and exposed it to extreme temperatures or conditions and now it is damaged. Can I return it?
Unfortunately, any mistreatment incurred under your control is non-refundable.

My product has expired because I waited too long to use it. Can I exchange or return in?
No.
